DGNB & QNG Certification
As DGNB auditors we support new construction and refurbishment projects - from system consulting and the audit to the certificate, including the QNG requirements for KfW funding.
What we take on
Project developers, building owners and general contractors in residential and non-residential construction.
- System consulting and integration of sustainability targets into the planning process
- Conducting the DGNB audit (pre-certificate and certificate)
- Assessment of the sustainability criteria according to DGNB and QNG for the relevant usage profile
- Life cycle assessment (LCA) and preparation of the building resource passport
- Climate protection roadmap, climate protection certificate and decarbonisation pathway
- Life cycle cost analysis (DGNB ECO 1.1, 50-year assessment period)
- Structuring of all verification documents, support during implementation and quality assurance
